To distinguish ${B}_{c}^{*+}(1{^{3}S}_{1})$ and ${B}_{c}^{+}(1{^{1}S}_{0})$ in the experiments, we propose two methods based on conservation laws. I. From angular momentum conservation, a nonzero helicity of $J/\ensuremath{\psi}$ ${B}_{c}^{(*)+}\ensuremath{\rightarrow}J/\ensuremath{\psi}{\ensuremath{\pi}}^{+}$ would be an evidence ${B}_{c}^{*+}$. II. Since ${B}_{c}^{+}\ensuremath{\rightarrow}{B}^{+}\ensuremath{\phi}$ is kinematically forbidden, ${B}_{c}^{*+}\ensuremath{\rightarrow}{B}^{+}\ensuremath{\phi}$ provides clean channel to probe Particularly, our results show that ${B}_{c}^{*+}$ promising observed at LHC via ${B}_{c}^{(*)+}\ensuremath{\rightarrow}J/\ensuremath{\psi}{\ensuremath{\pi}}^{+}$. On other hand, find $\mathcal{B}({B}_{c}^{*+}\ensuremath{\rightarrow}{B}^{+}\ensuremath{\phi})=(7.0\ifmmode\pm\else\textpm\fi{}3.0)\ifmmode\times\else\texttimes\fi{}{10}^{\ensuremath{-}9}$, which also feasible measured forthcoming experiments HL-LHC FCC-hh.
